PINAMAR: HOY LUNES 4 DE MAYO PINAMAR COMENZARA A ENER ALBAÑILES Y PESCA IGUAL QUE LA COSTA, NUEVAS ACTIVIDADES COMERCIALES Y SOCIALES PERMITIDAS
Mediante el dictado del Decreto Provincial 262/2020 se estableció la posibilidad que los Municipios puedan presentar su petición ante el Ministerio de Jefatura de Gabinete de Ministros de la provincia de Buenos Aires, tanto para solicitar la tramitación establecida en el artículo 1°, como para requerir a las autoridades provinciales la gestión respecto de la inclusión ante la órbita nacional de nuevas actividades y servicios, debiendo cumplimentar previamente procedimientos y protocolos sanitarios para la homologación de apertura de actividades comerciales.
Pinamar confeccionó ese listado teniendo en cuenta que, por su característica natural de comunidad turística y escasa densidad poblacional, era necesario establecer actividades que permitan mitigar el impacto económico de la pandemia generada por el COVID-19. Recordando que para el desarrollo de las actividades y servicios autorizados, debe tenerse presente además lo dispuesto en la Resolución N° 135/2020 del Ministerio de Trabajo de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, mediante la cual se establece la obligación de los empleadores de confeccionar e implementar un Protocolo de Higiene y Salud en el Trabajo, en el marco de la emergencia sanitaria producida por la propagación del COVID-19, de conformidad con las especificidades que requiera la actividad desarrollada y/o las tareas prestadas por las trabajadoras y los trabajadores en cada uno de los establecimientos del empleador y/o lugares de trabajo.
*Las actividades permitidas se separan en dos anexos, cada uno con sus respectivos protocolos de seguridad e higiene:
ANEXO 1- Actividades comprendidas:
– Establecimientos que desarrollen actividades de cobranza de servicios e impuestos. – Oficinas de rentas de los Municipios, con sistemas de turnos y guardias mínimas. – Actividad registral nacional y provincial, con sistema de turnos y guardias mínimas.
– Venta de mercadería ya elaborada de comercios minoristas, a través de plataformas de comercio electrónico, venta telefónica y otros mecanismos que no requieran contacto personal con clientes.
– Atención médica y odontológica programada, de carácter preventivo y seguimiento de enfermedades crónicas, con sistema de turno previo.
– Laboratorios de análisis clínicos y centros de diagnóstico por imagen, con sistema de turno previo.
– Ópticas, con sistema de turno previo.
– Peritos y liquidadores de siniestros de las compañías aseguradoras.
– Establecimientos para la atención de personas víctimas de violencia de género.
ANEXO II – Actividades comprendidas:
– Trabajo en obras particulares del Partido de Pinamar.
– Pesca artesanal desde costa.
– Actividades profesionales con colegiaciones profesionales, tales como abogados, escribanos, contadores, arquitectos, martillero públicos, agrimensores, paisajistas, nutricionistas, kinesiólogos, psicólogos o ingenieros.
– Venta de mercaderías ya elaboradas de comercios minoristas con atención al público, tales como: venta de artículos de limpieza; venta de repuestos para automotores, motocicletas y bicicletas; venta de motocicletas y bicicletas; juguetería; librería – papelería; mercería – lanas; perfumería y artículos de higiene personal; centros de impresión y copias; audio video y computación; ortopedia; venta de muebles – colchones y afines; tapicerías; artículos de iluminación; pinturerías, carpintería; compostura de indumentaria, zapatos y calzado; vivero; cerrajería; procesado de elementos al torno, prensado, cepillado mecánico y tareas afines; aberturas, vidrios y espejos.
El mantenimiento de las presentes autorizaciones estará sujeto al estricto cumplimiento de los protocolos sanitarios, de seguridad y de funcionamiento, y a los procedimientos de control y fiscalización que el Municipio haya establecido para el desarrollo de las actividades autorizadas.
